I'm Lisa Gergely, owner and operator of Kind Mind Therapy. I am committed to fostering a safe and nurturing environment. I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help guide you through your mental health challenges.
Kind Mind Therapy is founded on the principle that every person deserves a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space to explore their thoughts, feelings, and hopes for change. Therapy here is centered on attentive listening, respect for your pace, and a deep commitment to helping you discover and nourish your own self-compassion.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-criticism, or simply longing to feel more at home within yourself, my focus is on nurturing your strengths and supporting you in your unique process of healing.
At Kind Mind Therapy, all people are welcome and respected. We celebrate and affirm clients of every race, ethnicity, nationality, faith, gender identity, sexual orientation, and background. We believe that diversity strengthens our community, and we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive space where everyone’s voice, experience, and identity is valued.
Are you feeling overwhelmed? Anxious? Depressed? My practice offers a warm, supportive and validating place for you to examine and work on your challenges. Are you struggling in your relationships or professional life? We will work together to understand and improve these areas. We will talk about what therapy is, how it can help and set goals for the future. It is important to have clarity about what good mental health looks and feels like. I bring a unique perspective to counseling, offering analysis, decision making skills and boundary work. If you think we would be a good fit, please reach out.
I offer teletherapy for the treatment of anxiety, depression, women’s issues, self esteem, life transitions, relationship issues, marital issues, family issues, career growth and working through medical situations and a focus on parenting.
